It was very basic but comfortable and for the price I thought it was fine. Location was very handy to Newmarket and inner city.

Location and very tidy. The shower was great.

It was conveniently located to local shops, a supermarket & also a five minute drive away from Greenlane Clinical Centre. Quiet.
I couldn’t access TVNZ+ or ThreeNow to watch the news on the TV, though I enjoyed one night of Netflix.

The location was excellent as you were on a bus route into the city and near the train station. It was close to a few 'cheaper' eats which was good and very quiet. Great air conditioner kept us cool. Excellent shower.
The room was too small and lacked enough kitchen facilities to make any meals. The room was not serviced each day.
