Great breakfast, room was spacious and bed comfortable. Great location to Termini rail and metro, and restaurants. Very helpful front desk and cleaning staff.
Shower controls were difficult to operate and faulty. Television reception was poor and hard to operate the two televisions. We basically gave up on the TV. Elevator was slow and broke a couple of times during our 5 day stay.

Easy to get to from Termini and spacious rooms. Room was clean and fridge was large enough to hold several small drinks, which was good during a heatwave. Breakfast was ok and kept fully stocked. Security on doors in the evening was reassuring, never felt unsafe in the area.
Water temperature could be unpredictable and windows did not keep out any noise from outside- basic double glazing would massively help with this and would surely be a good investment for the hotel and encourage guests to return. Although the room was clean, it was worn and tired with stained carpets, parts of the skirting board missing, and the seal on the shower didn't work so it leaked into the bathroom. Time for a bit of maintenance if they want to be rated 4 star.

I ordered an accessible for wheelchair users, but it was impossible to get the wheelchair to the side of the bed and there were no handrails by the shower

Staff, location
Plumbing was awful - sometimes there was hot water. Carpet in room really quite dirty, Light switch arrangement was simply weird.
