Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Room was great. Nice and clean. Love the breakfast. The gym was good. Not many gym has a squat rack so that was nice to have.

The staff was really nice and friendly. I liked that the room was upgraded upon arrival, that was a nice touch. Location is perfect for those who need a train nearby.

This hotel doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel… I was amazed by how bad were the rooms. It’s just not something you expect from a hotel of this price and calibre. They were REALLY outdated, like a 4 star hotel ones or even a tiny bit worst. You can tell that the bathrooms have been through a lot… The room itself felt absolutely cold, the proportions were horrible… Outdated tv… weird green mats on the floor, weird lighting system and even the shelves felt empty… nothing on them etc. Overall I was totally DISAPPOINTED, paying 550€ per night, for a hotel room, after that getting an UPGRADE, and still ending up like that… I just can’t imagine how would feel those people that payed a full price for a suite… I would look for a better 4 star hotel than a 5 star from RADISON, would save some money and have a better experience in a better location

As close to Roma termini as you can get. Beautiful room and facilities

Close proximity to the Rome Termini station. Newly renovated hotel, quiete, and clean.

Lobby area is very small for 5 star hotel. Breakfast area is too dark. Rooms are very modern and clean, but overall design is not quite convenient for travlers hotel (eg. no power outlet next to the bed and no international TV channel, all italian)
