The location right next to Buckingham Palace makes sightseeing easier. Staff is exceptional. Hotel very clean!
Our room was very small. Extremely efficient is use of space even a kitchen. Just not use to something so small. We commented Our cabins on ships are bigger. lol. We were not there to sit in a room. We were on the go.

The staff, definitely the staff. Very personable, informative, never showed any impatience, nothing was too much trouble and we could have a laugh with them. Particularly appreciated the 24 hour reception. The location was excellent and because our rooms were on the ground floor, access was easy especially for our mobility challenged family member.
Nothing that we weren't informed about when booking.

The location is central to many sights and there are lots of restaurants to choose from.
Many of them are a walking distance from the hotel.
The only issue we had was the safe was placed on the lowest shelf in the closet. This made it awkward to open and close
