Everything excellent
We were give a lower level handicap room and told there was nothing else to offer (we booked months ago!!). It was a beautiful room but the bathroom was problematic if not using with a wheelchair. No toilet lid, large sink slightly overlapping toilet, you had to lean over toilet to reach Kleenex and trash can. Shower was very large, curtained square but drain must have been slow and floor flooded

Perfect location in walking distance to all venues incl. Westend. Comfortable bed and pillows, great amenities and coffee machine, but the room far too small to even stand with two people side by side. Not to talk about having two big luggages with nowhere to place. So needed to keep all inside and just take out the needs of the day. As we stayed just 1 night it worked, but comfortable is something different, especially when you pay >400€ for the night. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom had nowhere to place your necessaries and hygiene stuff, room was super small and looked bigger from the photos. Not at Althoff standards that we know (e.g. Schloss Bensberg). Also the booking system got hacked and I got fake phishing emails requesting to rebook. I had to inform them about it, just then they knew.

Excellent location, quiet but easy access. Friendly staff, good size room, good AC in room.
Residences Bar, not good bar closed at 11pm in London. USB to both sides of the bed.
