A swift and efficient welcome from very pleasant staff started our interaction well. The check in was completed very quickly and was upgraded on my booked room to a very spacious suite! Thank You Clermont!
Very clean, as always, quiet and the heating/cooling was on point! A big plus for me as I like my bedroom cool! Complimentary minibar was a great touch and the items within were very good.
I shall be back again soon no doubt!
My only negative was that the Soak bar was very busy and there wasn't anywhere to sit quietly and chat with my colleagues. The food selection was also a little limited but has improved since my last visit.

everything was great. The Buffet breakfast was a bit over priced for how sold but other than that, it was a great stay. The room, location and staff were wonderful. We had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant.

Great location, spotlessly clean and nice staff.

Excellent location - very convenient for getting about London. Room was good size and pretty comfortable
The shower didn’t drain properly so we ended up with very wet bathroom floor. Also TV was so pixelated that we couldn’t watch it. Didn’t feel as good as we would expect for the price

"Hotel bellissimo in una posizione centrale a 7 minuti a piedi dal Buckingham palace e uscita direttamente in Victoria station. Il personale gentile e disponibile, ottimo ristorante/bar annesso."
