Location, staff and the Harry Potter room was so fun! They even gave me coins to spend in their reception. I’ll keep the choices a secret. :)

Posizione ottimale, noi abbiamo soggiornato in una delle stanze dislocate a circa 200m dall’hotel, la stanza bellissima grande e pulita. Lo staff era cordiale e sempre disponibile.
Unica pecca piccolissima, sulla facciata erano in corso dei lavori con impalcature davanti l’entrata.

The location is very good, near the main attractions, easy to access to bus and tube.
We have an underground apartment, for the 1st impression with the stairs, it was not good, it is not well maintained and cleaned for the stairs, but the apartment inside is well maintained and arranged.
The utensils are well equipped for family, the kitchen giving view on the private garden, very fresh and relax.
Just paying a bit more attention to the stairs and the entrance would give guests a perfect first impression.

Its location
I had the smallest single room I’ve ever had in London and that’s saying something - with a tiny cupboard like bathroom and shower- it was claustrophobic and oppressive
