This property was perfection!! It had everything we needed and the location was exactly where we like to be…..in the middle of town on the river!! It had such a comfortable lived in second home feeling!!!! We will def be back

TOWN WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING LOCATION OF CONDO WAS PERFECT. SOOOO MUCH TO DO AND THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ARE BREATHTAKING. DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE.

There was enough room for 5 adults and 1 child; we were very comfortable. We prepared ate three meals in the condo. There were more than enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of us. The condo is conveniently located to town, and we walked everywhere. We've been to Helen many times, but this was the first time we've been during the Christmas season.

Lobby and stairwell to condo was very dirty, but condo was very clean. We were disappointed that gas for gas logs seemed to be disconnected. It was a great location and a good get away for Christmas break.

The tvs could access our streaming channels w/o a code that wasn’t provided. There was hair in the master shower. There was no grill as stated on the information. The guests above us very loud into late hours.

This property has everything you need and more for a trip to Helen GA! The location was fantastic, with easy access and walk to all locations.
The view of the river was one of the key selling points to us, and it did not disappoint!
We did not know the Helen Christmas parade was during our stay, but the lineup occurs right in front of the property. With the weather a little wet and chilly, we were able to enjoy the parade from the comfort of the apartment.
Stacy and Lamar were wonderful hosts! We did not need to contact them, but they reached out to ensure everything was as expected. It was a nice touch!

We enjoyed this place so much. It was clean and well stocked. The Christmas decorations were a lovely addition. A few things we really appreciated were the covered parking, the elevator, the comfortable king size bed and the deck. The location is great if you want to walk. Close to restaurants and shops. It rained the entire time we were there but we still walked!
The condo is very spacious. While I didn’t plan on cooking while we were there, if I had wanted to do so I would have had everything I needed. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware was in great condition and it was a perfect size to work in.
The dining table was plenty big enough for a 1000 piece puzzle and we still had the bar for a place to eat our takeout.
I really can’t complain about anything. It took me a few minutes to locate the folder with all of the information like the WiFi password. Maybe place that on the coffee table or dining table.
Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Two mother-daughter duos rented for a Thanksgiving- Christmas getaway. This unit is in an awesome location. It had everything we needed and a wonderful layout. So comfortable and had the sweetest Christmas decorations. Reservations and check-in were simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend this unit in Helen, GA. Can't wait to return.

I truly enjoyed staying here. The view is serene and beautiful. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The home has everything you need. I walked to Big Daddy’s a couple of times for meals and it was great. The owners are quick to respond. I highly recommend!

The property was nice however the firwrplaces wete not turned on and I specifically asked about them receiving no answer to my request. Stingy on wash cloths and toilet paper. We made due on the wash cloths but had to purchase toilet paper

We celebrated my husband’s birthday and opening weekend of Oktoberfest. Perfect location to walk into town and enjoy all of the festivities. Beautiful view off the screened in porch overlooking the river and comfortable accommodations. We were worried about noise from town and traffic but we couldn’t hear anything inside. We’ll definitely be back!

First time to Helen GA and we found it charming! This property was very close to many great restaurants and bars and shopping but also have such a peaceful feeling right next to the water. This place was amazing! You felt like you were in a secluded area but yet you are within walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed and wanted. Would definitely go back and would recommend to all my friends.

the McCoy,s unit was very nice. We stayed the middle of August for 3 days. Could walk to just about everything we wanted. very peaceful the river ran behind the condo. Plenty of blankets if you needed more. The kitchen was well equipped, if you were cooking. We did not. We would certainly stay here again.

I especially liked the screened-in deck. Despite heat waves across the country, our weather was cool and dry (for July in GA). So, evenings on the deck were super relaxing.

This is a very well maintained unit in a great location on the river in downtown Helen. It’s only 2 blocks from the center of downtown, and along a stretch of the river where you can enjoy interacting with the tubers. The owners were very personable and helpful, and we would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Helen is always our “home base” when we come to the mountains to hike. There are so many beautiful waterfalls and views within a very short drive that it makes this place ideal. Hike all morning, have a big lunch at a local eatery, and come back to enjoy sitting by (or in) the river. It really is The Life!

Our first time to Helen and couldn’t have been a better experience. Location is perfect… peaceful setting next to the river ver while also in walking distance to all the shops/restaurants/etc. Our kids (5 and 8) loved tubing, mini golf, and the alpine coaster!

We had a great time staying at this condo! Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting outside with the screened in porch. Stacy was very responsive to questions and we were even able to check in a little early. We definitely plan to stay again.

After visiting Helen 3 times a year for the past 8 years, this was our favorite and best experience. The comfort of the condo is unparaleled. From the reserved parking, to the screened in deck with the best chairs, to the owners who are very set on you having a great stay. This is our go to spot for all future trips. Awesome.

Very relaxing and cozy! The Condo had everything we needed and more! Very convenient to everything, even walking distance if you wanted to walk to a restaurant or shop downtown Helen. It was right on the Chattahoochee river so we made use of the back screened-in porch watching the tubers go down the river. It was my first time in Helen and I will definitely be back and looking for vacancy here😁

Wonderful property, beautiful view of the river. Only complaint at all is the master shower- its odd as it has nothing to set your shampoo on etc. , just a small soap rack. Otherwise a wonderful place!

We had the best time at this location. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated nestled on the river for our enjoyment. We did lots of shopping, visiting with old friends and had a wonderful time. Exploring the town. Definitely would stay here again.
