The Cambridge Guest House by Tas

Free parking, good location and breakfast.

Early check in before 2 pm, need to pay GBP 10. Low water pressure and malfunction radiator. No staff at the property for check in, hence need a sim with local call ability for self check-in.

Lovely people to deal with and great service.

Easy check in and out. Parking very useful to have. Clean and comfortable room with everything we needed.

No staff on site, but fortunately no issues so didn’t need to contact anyone

Location was good.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly detracted from our stay. Parking was inadequate, the shower leaked, and the bathroom radiator was loose. The check-in experience was also poor, as neither the room number nor access code was provided ahead of our arrival, causing unnecessary difficulty when we arrived. There was also a noticeable smell of greasy cooking in the morning, and we could hear arguing both earlier in the morning and again during breakfast, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard we expected. Given the number of issues encountered, I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and outlining what you can offer by way of an appropriate resolution.
