Mr Amin is an excellent recepsionist. Great facilities. Polite stuff. Tasty food. Its good that has a vending machine for snacks
Once i went to the restaurant and it took me awile to find somebody to order. I had to tell it to the chef who happened to pass by that i wanted to order. Other than that it was good.When i tried the wifi i couldnt use it. I asked from the recepsionist to give me the code. Instead she activated the wi fi on my cellphone somehow and said that i should do the same with my laptop which was not an accurate information.

Staff on reception and at the bar were very friendly. Location was ideal and what we expected for travelling to a concert at Wembley so we felt it was good value for money.
First impressions were very good, reception and bar area very nice and clean.
Breakfast - was like a cattle market, very noisy. Hard to find things, no small spoons for tea/coffee, no fried/ poached eggs only scrambled. Ran out of brown sauce not enough staff for the demand.
Rooms - No shower gel, it needed to be refilled. Room seemed a little tired, scuffs on wall, carpet didnt seem clean.
