The hotel rooms themselves were nice. We had one of the bigger ones which was great as the standard double bed rooms were way too small for two people to be moving around.
The breakfast was okay - very basic but as the hotel rooms are quite pricey for 3-star, it’s good the breakfast is included
The full length mirror , bathroom mirror and smart tv were major perks !
The lady who checked us in seemed a bit clueless and a bit unhelpful.
No water in the room. They use the same water dispenser as used for breakfast. The water in it has a funky taste.
The hospitality staff knock once and let themselves into the room within seconds which is a violation of safety and privacy.
The breakfast was okay
The shower was leaky and flooded the floor often

"Vicinanza alla metro Piccadilly line, albergo nuovo, pulito, stanza non grandissima ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione inclusa abbondante e ottima, continentale. Ci ritornerei di sicuro. Un po’ più..."
