Great location away from the city hustle with lots of cafes and supermarkets and its on flat land!!

Communication with the hotel team by WhatsApp messaging really helps, because I was able to arrange late check in. I was also able to arrange an early (4am) checkout
The bathroom smelled bad when I arrived. No vending machine for a drink/ snacks if arriving after hours from the airport

Great location and views of the mountains. Good size room because we had a lounge in the room. There was also a coffee shop downstairs and restaurants next door. Heated towel rack.
Mould in the shower, not enough towels, towels not soft, no room service, the clothes dryer in my room was broken so manager took my clothes to dry them but the clothes were not returned to my room as they were misplaced. The next day, we finally found out they had been put into another room. They were found just before we had to pack to leave the hotel.

"Staff were so friendly. Views were incredible. Fantastic base for skiing or even exploring. Great cafe downstairs which we had breakfast and dinner at several times/perfect spot for a post ski drink. ..."
