the door barely worked the cupboard the barstools were ripped not enough cutlery and bowls in the kitchen TV only had five channels and they didn’t work there was no air conditioning car parking was very far away

location was fine that’s it

no milk in the fridge when you arrive, for this kind of money or less than this you are greeted with nice bottle of Champaign but nothing to be found, not enough soap, shampoo, no conditioners, not enough other consumables, very short supply for 4 nights stay, dish washer liquid / tabs not provided for second run, plenty of essentials missing.

Wish car parking was off street atleast. Neverthless it was 50 to 100m away and nice stroll..

good value for money. the place was nice and big. perfect for a family. the only down side is the carpark is a few minutes walk away. otherwise would highly recommend.

The size of the apartment was great. Perfect for a small family.

The location with very good. Apartment is nice but not clean. It was very quiet.

The apartment was let down by the lack of cleanliness. There was no dishwashing liquid. Dishwasher was broken. There was no parking card as stated - we called the number provided for assistance but we received a text saying “I will call you later” So we had to figure out where to park. Later we found out that there was no parking on site - parking was provided but it was a quite away away at the Hilton at the bottom of the hill. We parked on the main road as it was much closer. We stay for 5 nights - there was no change of towel - we washed and dried our towels ourselves. There was a warning about using the allocated rubbish bags provide otherwise you would get charged - only 2 small bags were provided. There was no hot water the first day we stayed - the whole family had very cold showers. At this point we tried to look for alternative accommodation.

The furniture were old and worn out. The oven was not working. The safe was locked. We informed the staff but received no reply.

Quiet location, with lake/mountain views. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

We didnt have our own personal parking which was inconvenient (disabled parking in front of our apartment) - however it appears one of the neighbours parked in it, even though we were not allowed to? Was suprised the accomodation lacked a few amnetities (or we struggled to locate them i.e hair dryer, dishwashing liquid)

we booked accommodation at last minute, room wasn't available, no reception, couldn't contact anyone for help, rang listed number and would get disconnected. found some people with linen bags who where going to clean our room and get it ready who explained what was happening. In the mean time we where waiting outside in the cold, no knowing what was happening. dishes where filthy and required washing, limited supply of dish washing liquid, poor lighting walls where rough, marked, scratched, worn

Door was unlocked on arrival and did not work entire stay. Fans falling down in bathrooms. Not one tv worked. Hardly any kitchen utensils. Dirty. Dinning room chairs falling apart. Came home on the second day to find someone painting the hallway - No notice of this being told to us prior. No card for the parking ended up having to pay separate for this after told it was included in the room

position for skiing excellent. Quiet and comfortable beds. good access to water taxi to Queenstown.

not many shops within walking distance. Decor getting tired. Living area not that big for 4 bedrooms.

The location is perfect with a beautiful view. The room is clean and warm.

There is no telephone in our room and we don't know to how contact the reception. I emailed them about the low battery of door locker (as we cannot lock the door) and asked for more tissues. Unfortunately no response received.

Our stay was nothing like what we had hoped to be. It was clear the property has not been maintained on a regular basis. List of things were broken on the day we arrived: - bathroom heaters - media room heater - fire gas heater - dryer knob - very run down dining chairs, the material was flaking off making the carpet look constantly dirty. To top it off, the kitchen wasn’t properly clean with food residues/crumbs in the drawers. No parking pass was provided to us and we had to inquire a few times to get it. On our last night, we came back with the door to the apartment unlocked. We were worried if something happened. We opted for daily cleaning so we thought this could be the cause, however the apartment wasn’t cleaned with lights on (we turned off the lights before we left for the day). Nothing was lost but enough for us to be worried. We understand that there were staffs shortages, the quality of service for the price wasn’t met. We appreciate the couple things were addressed within the next day.
