Confusing getting to room

Very good location near the lake. Staffs were really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good nice. Worth every penny.

Not many parking spaces are available within the hotel other than paid parking space. Also the living room couch was little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

no free parking; located in a complex apartment area.. not a "hotel" in our usual image. Blend with other housing.

The walk ways they had were great easy access to the water taxi and restaurants

There was no convenience store that was close or within walking distance…

Location suited us perfectly as we did not want to be amongst the hustle of Queenstown - loved being by the lake and being able to have a pleasant walk. Beds & pillows were truly comfortable. Paid extra for a room with a view and it was well worth it.

I don’t believe one should pay for parking when u are a paying guest. However that is my only small complaint.

Was upgraded to a lake view room. Very comfortable and warm. Was great that we got to use the Hilton Gym as well.

Great stay at a beautiful location just along the water. The room and beds were so comfortable and clean, equipped with a little kitchen which is a bonus and warm cookies on arrival.

The mattress was very uncomfortable to the point after the second night I ended up with a sore back and neck which I had to try and get massaged to fix

This hotel is situated near the airport. It was about a 1.6km walk. The room was very well appointed and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was at a restaurant a short walk away and offered all possible options!

I was not particularly happy to have a $50 additional charge temporarily added at checkin. It was just a hold on our credit card but was unexpected. We walked to the airport as there was no hotel shuttle and limited Ubers to call.

Walking into the reception, it smelt amazing. The room was very spacious, with a proper kitchen and we loved the separate bedroom from lounge. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Parking isn't very good. We had to pay extra to park in the parking building.

Staff really friendly ,room was clean,had breakfast which was enjoyable Dinner in restaurant was excellent We have stayed here a few times an will do so again.

Peaceful, very comfortable modern room with a view. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly and so were the Wakatipu Grill staff. Amazing massage and peaceful spa and pool facilities

Finding the reception of the property; not enough adequate signage

Absolutely loved the location, the beautiful lake view & how peaceful it was. The breakfast Buffett was absolutely incredible, loved not having to worry to look elsewhere to have breakfast. I will definitely be staying again next time I am in Queenstown.

bed was comfy and great shower. perfect for an overnight stay

the room smelt musty, the fridge didn't work and there was no heated towel rail. Also no tv in bedroom

Smell of air freshener in foyer overpowering

I thought it would be a luxurious treat. Far from it.

Room was dirty. Dust thick. Black hairs (a lot) in draws. Tiny cramped room. No access to PowerPoints easily in bedroom. Expensive. Poorly staffed. Balcony was useless. Awful.

Only good part was location to the airport.

Definitely not value for money, got an upgrade and wasn’t worth the money. Customer service was non existent. Room was like a dog box.

We cooked our own breakfast in our room.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that after agreeing to pay you over $400 for one night , upon entering your establishment, the first thing I was to learn ,was that I was to be charged extra for a car park for the night. There was no notification of this at the time I booked the room via the internet. Same comment for a $25 deposit for having any meals etc charged to your room.

Hotel excecional. Muito moderno e confortável. Junto ao lago Wakatipu. A 5 minutos de Queenstown e 1 minuto do aeroporto internacional de carro. Local com vistas lindíssimas e infra estruturas muito modernas. Pode alugar-se bicicletas e fazer imensos trilhos próximos.

Não oferecerem estacionamento (16 $/dia num parque junto ao hotel).
