the infrastructure was modern and beautiful, super cleaned super well done. Room perfect light, and tempeture, love the bed, good amenities and staff always super polite. The onsen was lovely and clean. Spa staff nice and place was clean, not a 5 start hotel spa but ok..
the fact they did not provide breakfast to go on the departure day even we had told them in advance. Their staff did not speak good english specially the one work at night and the breakfast lady at the front desk was not the friendliest.
also their breakfast could be improve...

Amazing place to stay with easy access to all the town.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We had a one bedroom room that was huge and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Coffee pods were replenished daily as were the bottles of water.
We would definitely stay here again

The room was spacious and with a very nice view
Breakfast was pretty poor especially because I informed the staff I’m vegan but at 4 am in the morning the told me that ‘soy milk was finished’. My boyfriend got a deep foot infection in the onsen
