The hotel, room, restaurant and staff were great! I had an amazing stay at Cielo Maya and would totally recommend the place for a relaxing stay. The food at the restaurant was good and diversified, including the complimentary breakfast. The water equipment offered was nice too.
There's a cenote a minute away from the hotel.
I would recommend renting a car before getting there if you wish to explore the region, but you can also get there by taxi from the bus station in Tulum.

The place was really cool, very nice facilities. Right on the beach with a nice dock to swim from.
I liked pretty much everything, it was all very nice.

So quiet and peaceful, very helpful staff, incredible snorkeling, beautiful property right on Tankah Bay. Very safe for a solo female traveler. Great wifi speed, restaurants and cenote in close walking distance.

La posizione molto bella, peccato per quel chilometro per arrivare in struttura… praticamente impossibile da fare, andrebbe spianata tutta.
Sicuramente la colazione è stata molto deludente, per il prezzo speso mi aspettavo di più.
Il rubinetto del lavandino non funzionava bene e in generale le camere hanno bisogno di una rinfrescata.
