Has a nice kitchen, wide space,
And good location to Bus station
Lack of soaps, and no regular changing for towels.

Great location. Easy access to the lake, public transport and shops. Very clean and stocked with everything you need if you wanted to eat in.
Didn’t have a drying rack but there was a dryer available at a small cost if required

Brilliant Location: both transport & lake 3 mins walk. Lovely leafy upmarket area, supermarket top of street, good coffee / wine bar spots minutes away.
Self Check-In can be confusing if you did not do their Check-In Online ( see their pre-arrival emails & *their pin* - not Bookings pin ) thankfully we did online check-in

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, close to the lake, with a supermarket within walking distance and only a short walk from the Zurich Opera House. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels for everyone, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and both liquid and bar soap. Communication was excellent, every time we contacted the team, they responded quickly and very kindly. We also really appreciated the chocolates they left for us as a welcome gift. It was such a thoughtful and lovely touch.
The only thing missing for us was a washing machine. For a family staying several days, having one would have made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.
