Excellent location with tramways, central, residential area, smooth check-in. Well equipped appartment with two bedrooms, an extra baby-bed, a living-room and a kitchen. Bathroom modern and very clean.

The shower was ok, but the stupid economy setting of the shower head is a nuisance and definitely out of place in such a rental in Zurich. A good hot shower by Florida standard is quite different.

Very clean Convenient -very close to grocery store. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Well equipped with kitchenware. Safe and very peaceful.

No laundry machine ,but iron and ironboard provided.

Great apartment hotel near the city and close to the lake. Very clean and quiet. Check-in online before arrival. Nobody at the reception but only a phone call away. The keys where outside in a deposit box. Easy to find after talking to somebody on the phone. We got a parking space just outside the building which was great.

I never saw any staff members, but no issue for me.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Wifi was fast, and reliable so good if you are doing remote work. Great amenities.

A clean and comfortable apartment in a good location ~3km walk from the train station, with a choice of supermarkets and a tram stop at the top of the road. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, the bed was large and comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Neither of the televisions had Netflix and the network access and screen-sharing facilities had been disabled, which meant as two English speakers we only had access to Swiss TV channels.
