The guesthouse features tradition style Khmer exterior and interior, with Chinese influences in the entry hall. Personnel is friendly and the room I had was big and clean, with a big bed. The hotel also has contacts for tours and you can rent a motorcycle with them, but they don't try to push you in anything, only if you ask . It was quiet and generally better than I expected for this price.
The air conditioning didn't work that well it seemed, although it was never too hot in the room. They provided very little bathroom supplies like soap and shampoo. The curtains didn't block daylight well, so it became quite light in the room quite early. Buy these are all minor down sides.

Big beds. Air con worked well. Hot shower good pressure. Big room.
Roaches in bathroom. Didn’t accept dollar note too creased. Don’t accept riel. Couldn’t eat on the inside tables. Lots of rules posted everywhere felt a bit too much.
