The owners are very friendly people who are quick to help you find a restaurant or activity. You can have a nice chat with them. The room was fine; there were three of us, and it was spacious enough. It was comfortable, and although the bathroom was basic, we had everything we needed.

The staff were lovely (although the boss was the only one with English), very willing to help. The room was very clean and functional. The location was quiet except for the occasional dog howl next door but no traffic noise. The beds were firm but I had no trouble sleeping.
As is the case in many Asian hotels, the bathroom tiles are very slippery when wet and the water from the shower drains across the entire floor. I am a retired person and cannot afford a fall in a foreign country.
