Everything about this condo was as advertised and more. Exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Views of the ocean were wonderful. Probably the best VRBO experience we have had, and we have had some good ones. We are already working on plans to return. Thanks so much Tammy.

Ms. Flynn’s detailed instructions made the check-in process very easy. The condo was beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings and lovely decor. Our two children, ages 22 and 16, had their own bedrooms which made the stay comfortable for everyone. The condo had all the cooking equipment we needed to stay in for meals and a Publix is right around the corner for grocery pick up. The beach was so relaxing with the constant breeze and perfect water temperature. We spent a lot of our time on the beach or enjoying the ocean. St. Augustine’s historical downtown is a short drive with so many interesting sites and restaurants. We had such a great time together here! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place.

The property was even better than the pictures showed it. It looks exactly like the pictures but you have to actually be there to hear the ocean waves and see how spotless it is. The condo is equipped with everything you could need. I left my hair dryer at home but one was provided. There were also plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, all the kitchen items you could possibly need. It was well maintained inside and outside and had easy parking with a short walk to the front door. I especially enjoyed sitting at the table in the sunroom and drinking my coffee as I watched the sunrise. Also, there was plenty of comfortable sofa seating. It was very close to the ocean with easy access to the boardwalk. Publix and restaurants are also close by. Hope to come back soon. Amazing condo!

Decorated very nice and up to date. Complex is quite and laid back. Steps from sand and waves. We will definitely keep this condo in our “go to” travel notes.

This was a very nice and clean place to stay. Very modern. Just like the pictures. Close to the beach. Tammy is great at communicating with you. We are planning on staying there again.

Tammy was a perfect host! The first floor unit was great for easy in and out for our beach activities. We felt so relaxed and comfortable with the light and refreshing color scheme. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The beach was beautiful at this location. We were only minutes away from St Augustine by a short drive across the bridge where we parked for the day and used the multi day Old Town Trolley service as our transportation around the city sites for the history and on off service. We would highly recommend Tammy’s vacation rental and if we ever return to St Augustine would book it again!

Nous sommes arrivés samedi et Tammy nous avait laissé un magnifique bouquet de fleurs. Tout était parfait. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et est bien décoré. Les lits sont super confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. La plage magnifique et on peut prendre de longues marches. Le Publix peut même se faire à pied. Nous devions rester un mois mais Hélas la Covid-19 nous a rattrapé. Il nous fallait rentrer d'urgence au pays, deux jours après notre arrivée. Quel dommage! Tammy fut très compréhensive et nous avons trouver un arrangement. Je ne désespère pas d'y retourner quand tout sera revenu à la nouvelle normale. Je recommande chaudement.

Sea Watch is a well maintained, but older, 27 unit condo building directly on Vilano Beach. This first floor unit has been beautifully updated with a modern kitchen and welcoming beach decor. While most units in the building have 2 bedrooms, the owners have enclosed what was formerly a screened-in porch to provide an additional flex room with a daybed. A tall table in that room proved to be the perfect spot to eat breakfast and watch the ocean across the dunes. A spectacular view of the sunrise can be had from the benches on the walkway leading across the dunes to the beach. The beach, itself, is beautiful and uncrowded. We enjoyed morning walks down to the jetties that protect the St. Augustine harbor entrance. The unit was very comfortable and nicely maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a large dining table with benches, and the gathering room has a couch, loveseat and chair. While there were only two of us, the unit feels like it could easily accommodate a larger group. Tammy was easy to work with, provided clear directions and instructions, and was quickly accommodating when we discovered there was no drip coffee maker. It felt that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time at the beach. We highly recommend this rental for a great beach getaway.
