We got a super spacious room, with bathtub just next to the bed, as what we requested. Since this is for our 25th anniversary, we were greeted with local wine, and Georgian hospitality, such as nuts and dried fruits. Room was super comfy, spotless and beyond our expectations. Our room just nice in front of the stairs at level 1, so we only used the elevator twice, when we first checked in and when we left since we were carrying two luggage. Staff were super friendly and very helpful, giving us some tips with local eateries surrounding the area, and they're very accommodative. Guided us through with hotel facilities and amenities. Location is just nice, next to the Georgian Parliamentary Building, and walk down the road, slightly left there's a first Georgian Elementary School, plenty of historical building nearby. Huge park just down the street, we were there during a road construction which led to a total closure of main road, so just be mindful of your surrounding whenever you take the walk to the Old City or Liberty Square. We enjoyed our moment at this hotel, me and spouse. A place to remember during our special day. We left our big luggage at the hotel when we checked out to do our road trip to Kazbegi, as we are returning back to the same hotel after three days. Oh yeah, we booked the transport to pick us up from the airport the day we arrived, and hotel was sending us a super informative driver, very friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome experience!

Almost nothing. We were there during road construction which I had been told, it had been there for quite some time. Hence, if you are using taxi service or e-hailing, it is a bit challenging for them to send or pick you up right in front of the hotel. But it is no big deal, few steps to the right then the car will wait you there or just turn left and walk down to the main entrance of Parliament Building, you will stroll further to the Liberty Square. Enjoy your moment, hotel location is superbly isolated from the hustle and bustle of vehicle noises but still within walking distance to many places in the city.

Good location, rooms were a decent size with a very large bed. breakfast was nice with menu options and also a small buffet. friendly staff

Located in a very congested place. Especially some major road works are going around.

The location and how comfortable the beds were

There was a fly/bug issue in my room which took a long time to sort, the facilities didn’t work that well (eg treadmill gym), the staff weren’t always that helpful and had to be asked several times for issues to be resolved, and I think one of the cleaners threw out a bandana I had bought there.
