Beautiful property in a quiet corner of Jimbaran beach. Huge lagoon style pool with plenty of facilities and toys for kids. Room was great if a little on the small side for those needing a pull out bed, and staff were excellent and super friendly. We were half board and the food selection is great, we would stay again in a heartbeat for the location, staff and pool alone.
Staff just need to watch food replenishment for the breakfast buffet as quite a number of items just aren’t replaced enough with many items not available as a result on multiple days. Cost of a roll out bed is quite high if you have a child staying in your room (ours is 5yo and added AU$50 per night)

Wonderful resort with excellent facilities, very attentive staff and buffets were excellent.
The upselling of Accor memberships and other offerings felt a little intrusive.

Friendliness of staff, the breakfast, chocolate hour, and food was great. The rooms were clean every day. My daughter loved the kids club.
I slipped over on the pool and broke some toes. That was no fault of the facility, I just misjudged the exit.

This place has a lot of entertainment for children, slides, dancing, chocolate hour etc. The room is comfy and there is lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The place is too big for the staff to handle.
My room was ready way after check in - 5.30 pm. Nothing was offered to compensate it. When I mentioned this at checkout they had to call the manager and offered a cocktail at 10 am! Which didn’t make sense.
