Hotel and staff. Also food was excellent.
The fact that there was an overbooking and, having booked a 5 night stay, we had to move to another room for the last (5th) night. We were not informed of this until we booked in.
The bed was not comfortable.

Breakfast and evening meals all excellent - we ate in each evening and enjoyed the food. The chefs clearly know what they are doing.
Accommodation is not so good. Diningroom and lounge each resemble a long corridor. No views out from the lounge. Bedroom was fine with good facilities but double bed was very narrow.
