The man on reception could not be more helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable.
The photos shared on the Booking site of the reception, bar and lounge did not match reality. The other staff members did not engage with guests and so did not feel friendly probably due to languages difficulties.

location - central to town, restaurants, the beach. the hop on- hop off bus and the foreshore fair ground attractions. On street parking worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Upstairs room clean, comfortable however be aware that there is no lift access.
The bar would have been a lovely place to sit, however sparse and often not attended.

Clean, comfortable and great location
All good

Location
En-suite cramped and shower head and plug in need of good soak in viakal or something similar to get rid of all mould spores.
Young waiters, although very polite need to address personal hygiene.
