Excellent Staff, friendly and helpful

The room was clean and comfortable but the bed was made up as a double when we arrived and we booked a twin. We then waited nearly an hour for someone to come and remake it as two separate beds. Our room was on the first floor just off the lobby so we were kept awake til gone midnight by music from the bar area. Nice view from the window of the car park and a dingy passage way
The evening meal we had prepaid for was diabolical. We were told we had a spend limit of £32 per person. We both had some sort of mushroom pasty with a couple of tiny carrots, turnips and a single stalk of broccoli. It was totally unsatisfying as a main course, hardly anything on the plate. In fact the pudding was larger and more filling than the main. Overpriced and pretentious

Great location right across from the seaside and near the pier. Clean rooms with air conditioning which was great as it was warmer than usual for September.
Parking was hit or miss. Not a lot of spaces for the size of the hotel.

The location in Llandudno is excellent
The hotel is not worth the price.
It is very tired. Thread bare carpets. Dirty discoloured grouting and sealants on the bathroom.
Dull rooms. Very poor breakfast
