Хороший, чистый отель. Хорошие завтраки. Быстрая и качественная химчистка. Есть Спа, но о нем отдельно. В номерах уборка ежедневная. Посылки принимают, передают. Очень хорошее местоположение для вечерней прогулки. Рядом много ресторанов, хотя и не дешевые, но хорошие. Мясные, китайский, итальянские. Так же рядом несколько небольших магазинчиков, так что купить воду, вино или фрукты, очень удобно.

Увы есть и минусы: 1. WiFi по традиции в Китае, нормально не работает. В Пекине было меньше проблем. 2. На ресепшен дважды сняли залог, 12000 и 15000 юаней. Деньги уже 2 недели не вернулись. ДЕвушка на ресепшен совсем не от мира сего. 3. После похода в СПА, не удалось записать услуги на номер. Дама из СПА проводила аж до номера. и дежурила, пока не расчитались наличными. Это как мнимум не приятно. 4. Отель не смотря на близость к Экспоцентру, добраться до него не получается. Только такси. В целом, цена/качетсво терпимо, но выбирать надо с умом.

The bathrooms lack full partition and it makes it difficult for someone to use the bathroom while another is asleep.

Beautiful junior suite with plenty of space. Nice gym, pool, sauna area with very nice environment. Good location in a cute shopping area with restaurants and conveniences nearby.

No Level lounge! We specifically chose to stay here for the Level lounge and there is none (or it was closed? but it doesn't appear to exist anymore at all). The hotel accommodated us by providing food and drink in the restaurant, and did a good job handling it (a big set meal plus free coffee, soft drinks, wine etc. for 3 hours). However, they should inform customers upon booking a Level room, as it is pretty different having a separate lounge area. The restaurant and 1st floor were also very cold. Communication was fairly limited from most of the staff in English, including front desk staff. The woman running the restaurant finally helped us and took care of things.

The location is good. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. The staffs are very helpful.

The breakfast could be better.
