Really a poor choice on my part. All of the negative comments are accurate. The unit itself is ok. I'm pretty tolerant of things with lodgings, but...

Owner non communicative. No lights in hallway. Used phone to find our way. The lockbox is nearly impossible to open. Trash cans inside hallway smelly. Zero toilet paper was a nice touch. Better than sleeping on street but when I thought the lockbox was broken, there we were almost. I am filling a complaint with booking next. The location not great and the graffiti outside not confidence inspiring...

We could not access the property, we could not contact the owners,the telephone number given was out of order, the pin no for the keys did not open the key box nor did the code given open the door to the property we had to find another hotel at the last minute. This was the worst reservation I have ever had in 77 years.

Nice apartment, easy to access with the key system.

There was information with a WiFi and the password, but we didn’t find the WiFi on the list. Tried contacting the property, but didn’t get a reply for our stay.

Location is great. Close to the river, walking distance to city centre, machine de l'ile and train station.

Bad smell coming from shower at time. Seems that it is when neighbours flush and as there is an opening between bathroom and kitchen that is open you can hear all what is happening in bathroom and that bad smell stinks the whole flat. Bathroom door is broken. There was no bed sheets for the sofa bed even though we booked for 3 persons. Heater was off the wall - broken plaster around hooks with burnt marks on wall. There was a bowl of cigarette' butts left on the window edge. Kitchen wasn't clean. Rangehood is gross. Walls have food marks, benchtop is damaged. Curtain between kitchen and room was dirty and ripped at the bottom.

Very clear and detailed instructions to get the keys. I had no problems accessing the apartment because the instructions are so easy to understand. The apartment has everything you need. You even get a reusable shopping bag! The location is excellent. Very central and only a short walk to pubs and restaurants. There are wheelie bins on the ground floor for your rubbish and glass bottles

You collect the keys from a key box on the ground floor. The key box has a combination lock but the area where the key box is is very dark - even with the hall light on. So you need to use the torch on your phone to see the numbers. There is an iron but just note there is no ironing board

Dirty blood-stained sheets upon arrival. obviously had not been washed. contacted the concierge about it, no reply. asked again later in the day, I got a reply they came in and changed the sheets. it is a bit strange to not give any reply and then later state that you came in without notification. however, when I came back to the place late at night, I found the sheets had not been changed at all, they did not come into the property. very strange to treat your guests like this. I ended up washing the sheets myself. 0 stars for hygiene and customer service.
