Breakfast was fantastic Attentive staff at entrance for luggage and car service. Great pool staff. Room was lovely. Housekeeping very attentive. Lots of choice of beautiful outdoor areas

Pool bar is a little expensive Location needs a car or taxi to go down to Villamoura or QDL When checking in the staff were nearly over attentive. While the girl was checking us in a man was over trying to take our luggage to a room we didn’t even have yet and a second man behind reception came over and told us all the same things the lady had just told us at reception.

Good size room with comfy beds. Good gym. Breakfast staff very friendly and a great selection of food. Front of house staff at check in were very friendly and this was an easy process.

It was fine but certainly not a 5 star resort. For the room cleaning it just seemed like a very quick once over and sometimes towels and amenities like shower gel (empty) were not replaced. One time we were still in the room in the morning when the cleaner arrived and asked them to come back later (left shortly after) and by 5pm it had still not been cleaned. Asked for the broken hairdryer to be replaced but it never was. Pool staff were not over friendly and sometimes it was a very long wait for drinks to arrive (15-20 mins - it was busy, but not excessively so). More guests than pool loungers available. Hotel layout was confusing and easy to get lost. Quite expensive to stay here, and then had to pay €25 if you wanted to use the indoor pool/sauna - seems excessive. If this was advertised as a 3/4 star resort then I probably wouldnt have written this much, but little things you would expect from a 5 star resort were missing.

The whole place was immaculate the staff were fabulous and friendly. I have only good things to say about the whole stay.

Staff were excellent.

Only 2 restaurants and very limited menus. Also very expensive for the quality. Spa massage was good but had to listen to cangoing and building works for the whole duration of my massage and still charge £120. Spa pool also very very cold. We left Pool was lovely till the last day when a very large wedding party arrived and took over most of the beautiful pool. Had the listen to lots of swearing and people shouting and whistling to each other. Not relaxing.

Quando liguei para o 9 e ninguém me atendeu para me levarem as malas para baixo, mas foi unicamente o que correu menos bem

Adorei o quarto, a cama era muito confortável. O pequeno almoço era incrível, muito variado. A zona da piscina foi a nossa zona favorita. Muito calmo, bem arranjada, temperatura boa da água e o staff muito prestável. As bebidas do bar foram muito bem feitas

The space of the room and the service into it. The pool for adults only.

It is too far away from the seaside, the restaurant for the breakfast is too small outside and there i snot enough shadow, The inside spaces are not as per a 5 star hotel, The dinner closed too early. It is too expensive for the price we paid.
