Walking distance to beaches, a couple beachfront restaurant/bars, and a coffee shop. Beautiful area.

We had a great weekend despite the weather for parents weekend at URI. The property owner was very responsive and even sent me a message that we could check in earlier than expected. That was a nice surprise! It’s a great property for a weekend getaway in a perfect location. Loved having a restaurant right across the street. I would stay again with one of the reasons being the owner was so nice and accommodating! Go Rams!

All restaurants, bars and beach are a short walk from the cottage.

We had a lovely stay at Bob's beach cottage. The condo was clean and tidy with a well-appointed kitchen. It was nicely situated and within walking distance to South Kingstown beach and several restaurants. Bob greeted us as we arrived and was very friendly.
Some things worth noting - the A/C consisted of a single window unit in the living room of the property so the bedrooms got quite hot at night. We ended up sleeping with the bedroom doors open to the living room in order to keep cool enough. Also, just an FY that there is no washer/dryer unit in the condo and we ended up doing a load of laundry at the laundromat mid-way through the week. A fresh set of towels halfway through the week would have been helpful!
The outdoor shower is fantastic - we all enjoyed it and opted to shower outdoors over the indoor shower which was very small and not really comfortable for anyone over 5' tall. As others have noted, the beds are likely double or full and were not very comfortable.
That said, the backyard and front porch were much appreciated, as was the simple, fresh decor throughout. We found it a bit tight for 2 (tall) adults and 2 kids for a week-long stay, but it would be a perfect place for a weekend getaway.

This cottage is all as described. I liked the outdoor shower, so convenient! I enjoyed the birds singing! I enjoyed hearing the surf! Wonderful place, wonderful stay and wonderful owners!

Bob and Maria were fantastic hosts, the weather was perfect the beach was great. Sadly my recommendation may make their spot a little harder to rent again in the future but oh well, they deserve it.

Great location, close to URI. Very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed making a homemade meal for my college student and seeing the sunset at the beach!

Great little cottage neat and clean all the amenities that you would need and some extras Bob provides coffee and tea even boardgames in the closet in case you have a rainy day very close proximity to the beach would highly recommend staying here we will be coming back jim c

House was very cute and stocked with the items we needed. Host was friendly and hospitable. House was in a great spot for walking and enjoying the fall weather.

Quiet Family Week
Host was helpful and provided great amenities to make a family beach week easier! Location can’t be beat! Proximity to the ocean and bars and restaurants while still being quiet and peaceful. Not as hectic as other beach communities- perfect!

The house was very clean and has everything we needed. It’s a great location with an easy walk or drive to the beach. Bob was very helpful and accessible. We would love to go back next year

Girls Getaway
Fantastic cottage! Great location, close to the town beach and a beach pass was provided! The cottage was very clean, linens and towels were provided and we loved the front porch! We would definitely stay here again. Bob was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

Girls escape
Perfect cottage in a great location. Maria and Bob were the perfect host. Very accomodating to our needs. Cottage was very clean with everything we needed to make our stay wonderful, it is on the small side which is what we wanted. It is also very bright and airy inside. We loved hanging on the porch after a day at beach or after dinner. All linens were are taken care of and we know everything is super clean. Beds are comfortable. 2 coffee makers. Everything has been thought of and provided.
Biking/walking/eating everything can be done from this spot. I drove my car once while we were here. The neighborhood is very relaxing. We can't wait to go back to this place..just hope we can get in! Thank you Bob and Maria for providing the perfect spot for 3 old friends to reconnect with LOTS of laughs and giggles.

Had a great stay. Bob was very responsive to any questions and personally made sure we knew all the best places for sightseeing and restaurants. Great attention to details with a fully stocked kitchen and linens provided. Would gladly stay again at this cute little cottage!

Cottage is as it seems in pics. Well stocked with quality and thoughtful kitchen needs. Bathroom ceiling is low, so if you're tall, watch your head. Outdoor shower is great!! A lovely outdoor patio in the backyard, with a grill & a picnic table with umbrella, to hang out and a roomy front porch with comfy seats and a table, in the front of the house. We loved our stay in this quaint beach cottage! Bob & Maria are wonderful hosts, so thoughtful. They checked in a few times to see if we needed anything. Beds are moderately comfortable and quality toilet paper, cuz really, those things matter!! I would absolutely stay again!

Everything went very smoothly, and everyone really enjoyed the stay. The house is very nice and has a smart tv that we used for games, and movies. Bob was very professional but still very friendly and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable about the area and had lots of suggestions for what to do when we asked. I would easily recommend this to anyone interested in a relaxing RI getaway.

His cozy home had everything we needed to feel at home, at the shore! We loved walking to the surf shop, food truck, and Matunuk Pizza. We even braved the weather and walked in our rain gear down to the beach (not a far walk at all). Having the beach pass was a plus when we wanted a quick playground time in between rain storms. We had purchased tickets to Mystic Aquarium, which wasn’t too far of a ride. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus for my surfer husband. The front, covered porch was great to have on a rainy day. Bob checked in on us during our stay and was a wonderful host! His place was spotless! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect
The rental is maintained beautifully and Bob and Maria were very helpful. Location is perfect too, short walk to deep hole and Matunuck beaches.

My wife and our 2 year old had a perfect 3 day stay here, we highly recommend staying here. Bob was very personable and welcoming to our family and we would love to come back and stay when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the beach more!
