Toilet with the view on internal mini-garden, wonderful view from windows, best fish restaurant next to the house.
The code for safebox was wrong, but the landlord resend new one very fast.

The apartament was very cosy and clean. The place of apartment is super, almost in the heart of Alfama.

The apartment was very clean and cozy with an excellent location - trams, buses and metro stations within an easy reach. Authentic neighbourhood, enjoyed walking up and down the cobbled little, narrow streets. People were all very friendly.

excellent location. clean and well equipped. everything we needed. host met us at the apartment and was very nice.
very odd smell from the shower especially on a morning - this was something we noticed all around Lisbon so I think more to do with general drainage rather than the actual apartment.

This Apartment is exactly as the photos,very clean, with confortable beds .Alot of corner shops and restaurants around the area,we could buy anything we wanted easily.Walking distance to the city centre and Santa Apolonia train station.In general , it's well situated,in a quiet area,we had a wonderful family stay with a very helpful host,Elia thanks alot.

all very clean. kitchen and toilet brand new. view to river. very nice host! good if you want to discover lisbon old town by walk.
stairs to reach 3rd floor! very hard with bags and you cant park the car nearby! no light on the building.
the individual bed and sofa bed are not confortable at all.
no heating for towels. not easy to open the door. not easy to park car in the area.

Located in Alfama - for a short citybreak outstanding localization. As well nearby the metro station. Quiet place with the view to the river:) very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Available hairdresser and portable heating
Bad smell in the kitchen, no bath gel, low ceiling in the bedroom

No bathroom door in the second bathroom so privacy can be an issue, also I would advise a few hooks and hangers for peoples clothes in each bedroom.
The location in Alfama is good and it was nice to have en suites. The place was very clean and good value for money.

Nice modern apartment good shower, nice large fluffy towels, comfortable large bed good views.
4 flights of steep stairs to the bed, we are in late 60s and found it very hard going, also could have done with microwave in the kitchen, didn't realise till the last night when we had purchased some microwaveable products, also could do with less scrambled chanles on the TV.
The floor boards in the living room were quite noisy, god help the people underneath.

Modern, Air conditioning in all rooms. super location, 2 bathroons and 2 bedrooms. Well renovated and we liked it very much and stayed longer.
No washing machine, TV or parking with this apartment.

It was a spacious apartment in the central area for very cheap! It had good air conditioning, all the facilities where very clean and worked properly! a good kitchen, and the bedroom was very comfy
The only thing was there was a weird smell in the kitchen which we presumed was from the drains! Apart from that it was very nice

- Clean, comfortable and well renovated, althought the building is old
- Narrow stairs - personally it was not a problem, but some people might find it difficult
- A liquid soap/soap in the bathroom would be useful

Great locality, nice apartment. I was a bit afraid to book the apartment in the first floor, bud actually it is second floor, so there is no reason to be worried about privacy. Of course, there is no view as from upper apartment, but the river is just 1 minutes from apartment. (castle about 5 minutes, Tram 28 two minutes :-)

Great location in the (quiet) old part. Huge appartment (could easily fit 4-6 people). The host waited for a long time past the check in time as we had problems with our luggage at the airport.
Steep steps.
Could have been a little bit cleaner. The kitchen was unusable due to a thick smell. We had to keep the (broken) door shut at all times.
