Crown Towers Perth

Bed and bath were great. Clean room and good floorplan - spacious. Quiet and we slept well.

Boring view of buildings and rooftops, fridge with zero spare capacity - for the price paid i would expect a better view On departure the lift was out of order for 45+ minutes. Too many bags to use stairs. Called guest services about lift out-of-order and they had no ETA. I had to ask if they could call me back and let me know when the lifts were working because they were not proactive to offer that. They agreed but never called back. I discovered when the lifts were working by going and trying. The Concierge Valet staff member Abdullah was super helpful and helped us with the bag trolley.

Such a modern luxury suite with stunning views. The staff were so king assisting me with my luggage the second I arrived. Very clean. Good range of non - alcohol and alcohol beverages in the mini fridge in room (obviously to pay for though ) TV for personal use a a display of restraunts, shops and casino in the crown including a check in iPad to make bookings/ reservations near your bed. A close by phone to make easy calls. The pool was also accessible for guests, they had a huge variety of pools including 2 spas. The warmest one being 35 degrees and it was beautiful for the winter use. Great service.

The only thing I didn’t like was walking from my room to the restraunt because I’m lazy HAHAAH

Called downstairs to fix the TV 3 times. Called again as the bathroom tv wouldn't switch off.
