Nothing- just disappointed when you don’t get points booking through Booking. Com - but it’s always cheaper with free cancellation- than booking direct- which I have also done

Its lovely. At the moment there are works in the lobby. The room was nice and a good size
My son and nephew ( teenagers) were denied food or entry to the restaurant while I was at a conference all day. They couldn't produce " photo ID linked to the room". Firstly, they're teens they dont have any, and even if they did it was in my name. They had the room key and still denied. I tried calling from the conference on my break and noone addressed it.

Excellent check in process and we were given a complementary early check in
The room was not clean, long hairs on the bed sheets, dust in the bathroom and toilet. Room not cleaned even though the clean the room light was on for 4 hrs while we were out of the room
