Clean, close to my work place and very bright. Very quite as well.
Only one pillow was in the room and even that was so soft. It would be great if another pillow or a cushion was provided.

Very very clean and bright! The whole place had a good feel
Nothing really except the mattress on the double bed was a bit thin for myself but that will be me being very picky

Nothing,this is the worst place I have tried to stay, the place is just a bed in a room and nothing else. I left immediately for another place to stay, I did not feel safe staying here.
No towels, no soap, difficult to get into, no staff on site, paper thin walls, cobwebs and dead bugs in every upper corner, the area around the place has garbage visible, the room is more like a psych ward room with a white bed in a white room and nothing else. Do not recommend for any traveler, this felt more scam than stay. I was terrified to stay by myself and immediately booked a different place and left, I did not finish my stay.

location was very close to the airport, and the ability to get Uber Foods and ride early morning to the airport was convenient.
Quiet is not under the threshold of Heathrow 9R. Unfortunately, this was the active runway for the night, and if you don't mind a jet every 45 seconds, it was okay. Due to the recent heat, it was necessary to have windows open. Double glazing had some quietening, but then, the need for cool air made it a toss up. Noise quietening headphones were challenged by the older aircraft! The admin staff were always on the other end of the WhatsApp when needed. At times, I found the paperwork and documents from them to be intrusive, actually, in terms of other places stayed, the most intrusive of the 38,000 km trip!

Simplicity of the plce
The no information and no help for 2hrs
I was wondering outside for two hours. The information about checking into the building is flimsy. I new that the property door was 309 but finally after the two hours of not getting information to enter the apartment. A men came down and opened the door and showed me my room. What a struggle what a nightmare!!!

I liked the location as was close by to Heathrow and walking distance to my location with good transportation if needed. The room was clean and tidy and secured well. The faculties were fair and clean and tidy. The owners are very attentive and reply to you quickly if you have anything to ask.
The only fault I can give is that, they should of been more privacy in the bathroom area and at the windows in the property. I.e a blind at the window as I had to put towels up to conceal people from outside to see you having a shower. On approach I noticed this and could clearly see someone having a wash in the shower. Bedroom window also need to be concealed from the road as you don't want to spend your time in your room with curtains closed especially on a bright sunny day. That is my only fault which can easily be resolved in an hour to buy up a blind.

Very clean, car parking space and the cleaner was lovely.
Door to room damaged felt unsafe back door wide when we arrived didn’t know if anyone else was staying in the property so ended up putting our belongings back in the car until we returned later.
Mattress on double bed very lumpy but the single was good.

I did not enjoy the stay. However, if someone really wants to stay in a hotel and prefers to not talk to any human being. This may work out for them.
This is more like a self service Kiosk, and not a hotel. There is no staff. They send you all the information you need through Whatsapp, and you acquire the key, let yourself in, and stay there, and at no point in time do you meet a staff member. There is a lot of reading involved to follow make sure you can stay there properly. I feel empathy for anyone who does not speak english as a first language. There is also a massive list of charges that you will accrue if anything goes wrong from your end. in addition, The bed is not comfortable. On my way out I set off an alarm, I attempted to contact the owner so the alarm could be turned off, and I received a voice message saying they would not be in until 8am.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!! I was suspicious about this property when their site collected enough information from me to engage in identity theft, but I continued with the reservation because until now I’ve trusted Booking.com to vet their listed properties. My flight was cancelled after waiting for take-off for over an hour. I wrote to the premises explaining this. They wanted more and more information which I supplied including my arrival time. I was left waiting outside this block of flats in a taxi without any communication as to which flat it was or how to get in. The phone number given responds with ‘This office is closed’ Hours later, after having to find other accommodation, I asked them not to charge me as I was unable to stay due to their lack of response. To that message, they replied immediately. It was rude, and they charged me for the night.

Parking outside, central location, clean linen and towels. Nice bathroom upstairs. Kitchen had basics available and had a fridge. Has back garden and sitting room in kitchen
Was given bedroom 1 and didn’t feel safe at all. Door has tiny bathroom door lock built into the handle and doors that anyone could get in to. Had a family staying before a flight and we’re banging bags and talking by the front door that I could hear every word of and woke me up and couldn’t get back to sleep. The beds are basic and was tossing and turning all night with a sore back.

Close to Heathrow, so good for an early or late flight, or on my case, when there was a transport strike and getting from London was difficult
The confirmation email said the room had a garden view and an electric kettle. It had neither. Nor did it have a bathroom, toilet, or TV. There was a bathroom upstairs shared by four units, with lots of hair in the sink - not ideal. There were no signs outside identifying the property and the key boxes were located down the side of the house and hard to find. I was woken late at night by guests who couldn't find the key boxes in the dark, and earlier by a guest who couldn't get the electronic door lock to work. The light in my room didn't work and I emailed the owner, but no response. With no staff on site, and bad communications, there was no one to deal with issues, and problems. Not recommended.

the door was not even a door so any one could enter! the amount of paperwork and dos and donts I had to fill in just for one night in this unsecured room is unbelievable! I think I would pay more now to stay in a proper hotel! not even a basic less than basic

Wifi was not connecting for me, tried to reach someone to help but a solution was not reached.
Would have been nice to have a tea and coffee station but I suppose for the price it can't be expected.
