Car parking was good, the design of the building is functional and it is pleasant having a main tenant like Carluccio's but in the longer term this is limiting in terms of choice of cuisine. That said the basis of the hotel is to support sirport travel so many customers will only ever use the hotel once.
Service of staff could be a little better, very limited interaction unless needed, no genuine personality.

Warm and welcoming I recommend it

All was fine. It's a little far from the airport terminals and you get charged to use the busses. As a hotel, it's fine and the staff are nice and helpful.

Location
Room did not smell fresh! We have stayed many times but room was not fresh, and the longest walk from the elevator.
