Clean spacious apartment, best location, nice quiet area

Location- close enough to the city center yet not right up in it. Short walk. Quiet, spacious, comfortable great communication by the host.

The apartment was spacious, particularly the master bedroom with its large walk-in wardrobe and balcony. It was clean and well maintained, with a good amount of security. The location was convenient for exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding areas, especially with a rental car. The agents were also responsive and dealt with issues promptly

The check-in instructions could be clearer. The guide was only sent 24 hours before arrival, we were initially sent the wrong guide, and the building number for the entrance was also incorrect, which made arrival confusing. Parking underneath the building is challenging and expensive, although we were luckily told about the cheaper P4 parking behind the complex. The apartment also stayed quite warm at around 22–24°C despite following the heating instructions. The microwave is positioned too high to use safely, and when I raised this, I was advised to stand on a chair to reach it. The hoover wasn’t functioning properly, although a broom and dustpan were provided promptly. The apartment also feels more suited to 2 adults and 2 children than 4 adults. The second bedroom is very small, with no storage, and the bathroom has no proper shower setup, meaning you have to sit in the bath and hold the shower head. This is in contrast to the very spacious and well-equipped master bedroom

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo e in ottima posizione.

A parte il fatto di essere finiti a piano terra che è casuale, ma ha inciso sulla nostra privacy dato che le persone che passavano per strada ci vedevano dentro, quello che assolutamente non ci ha fatto riposare è stato il caldo eccessivo. Il termostato segnava 25,7 gradi e in nessun modo siamo riusciti ad abbassarlo. Il pavimento della camera da letto è rimasto caldo tutta la notte tanto che la biancheria che era dentro le valigie poggiate per terra era tiepida. La dotazione del letto inoltre era un mega piumone che ovviamente con il caldo in casa è stato impossibile usare. Sarebbe stato quindi necessario un foglio con delle istruzioni per regolare la temperatura. Peccato perché è un bel appartamento....
