Staff responded promptly with answers to our questions. The apartment was very well furnished and in excellent condition. Perfect location just minutes from bus stops number 9 and 12. A 5 minute walk to the grocery store called Bonus. Too many restaurants and bars to count that were within walking distance. Nothing bad to say about these accommodations and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nothing negative to say.

We were in room 403 and really liked the layout. The furniture was very comfortable and the book of instructions was helpful and clear. There were lots of places to eat right on our block, much appreciated after a tiring day walking around. Having the car park just a block away was a bonus. There were electrical outlets everywhere so there was no trouble finding places to plug in. I appreciated that the host had a pair of scissors in the utinsil drawer. We used them often! Elevator was a plus as well.

It was pretty noisy at night between 11pm-3am. We were on the 4th floor but kept our window open, so heard it all.

Central location, nice size, well equipped. Loved having a washer and dryer and luggage storage.

Nothing

The location was very convenient, with Bus Stop 9 just a short walk away, which made getting around Reykjavík easy. The building itself was quiet, and the surrounding street was peaceful as well, so it was a comfortable place to come back to after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment was a sufficient size and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. However, the attention to cleanliness was disappointing. There were quite a few dust bunnies around the apartment, and the area behind the couch , Tv console, the fake decorative thing by the TV was noticeably dusty. As someone with dust allergies, this made the stay less comfortable. I also found hair on the bedsheets after removing the comforter, which was disappointing. Anything that touched the floor seemed to pick up dust very quickly, so I do think the apartment would benefit from a much more thorough cleaning between guests.
