This villa has exceeded all our expectations. It is a beautiful designed villa, with amazing facilities like huge swimming pool that is well maintained by the gardener everyday, the rooms are big and kept up to European standard of cleaning. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well as rest of the staff in the villa. The maid has made personalized breakfast and dinner for us that was tasty.

The villa was unbelievable. Spacious rooms, excellent swimming pool, superb outdoor area. The staff were exceptional from the freshly prepared breakfast each morning, Sri Lankan feast created for us one night and nothing was too much trouble. Views of the rice fields and monkeys running through the garden. I cannot rate this property high enough.

Slightly isolated and hard for drivers to find but using Sampath the tuk tuk driver with the property made sure we got to and from where we needed to be easily solved this.
