A wonderful time with Eddie and his family who really looked after us. Really pleased we chose this property and it’s nice immersed with such a lovely Uros family. Food was great it was and the soup was delicious. Loved this place

The homemade meals were great. The family was very informative and. helpful.

It was below freezing at night and the accommodations do not have any heating.

Unique experience of spending the night on the lake. The room was big and with a nice view above the lake. Eddy and his family were friendly. We recommend the all inclusive option: we had very tasteful dinner, breakfast and lunch, as well as a tour around the Uros islands.

Nothing to dislike, but rather to be prepared for: - no warm water - cold at night (bed with several blankets helped) - can be difficult to charge the phones due to limited power

The experience to be on a floating island was incredible and the sunset views were unique and special.

We were very disappointed with the overall experience. All of the lodges offer the same view, so it is not enough to just rely on that fact alone when providing this experience. - The hosts were not friendly to us at all, we were dropped on the island and then could not find anyone for the next few hours, even to get some water. They barely spoke to us during our whole stay. - We booked a boat tour at 2pm, but at 4:30pm we still couldn't find anyone and in the end went for a small, barely 1 hour tour before the sunset, but we were charged the full price. - The dinner was well below average, with no local dishes or anything special, and was incredibly expensive (double the price to be found in Puno for a good meal) - There was a lot of hidden charges like the transfer to the lodge and drinking water, which seems unfair considering the isolated circumstances. - Heating in the rooms was advertised but it turns out we weren't allowed to use it. - The shower had no pressure, so while it was hot it was difficult to have a shower anyway. - Communication with the host was slow at times.
