Had a wonderful stay at Mayu. The staff were super helpful with any questions at all. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I got quite sick with altitude and they were very helpful looking after me. They were also very flexible when I wasn't sure what my plans were from being unwell. It's a great location, a very small walk up a few stairs from the Rd. They also help support fantastic indigenous community projects, so there is a good heart behind it all. Highly recommended
Some of the rooms don't have a lot of natural light

The location was really picturesque with a great view. The street was a really popular Instagram spot. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to help us!
The street is narrow stairs so you have to walk to another location to get picked up for excursions - most pick you up from a street nearby so not really a big problem.

The staff was extremely kind, always available and ready to help with whatever we needed. They made our experience much more enjoyable, we had lots of fun chatting with America at the front desk after our busy days.
I would have liked more counter space in the bathrooms but the room had closet space and night stands.

The boutique style.
Too far out and have to climb steep stairs with all your luggage. Very tiring to get all the way up there, as it is Cusco is on high elevation and was hard to breathe to go all the way up caring your bags.
