We really enjoyed staying here. Cheryl was very responsive. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is quite removed from the Commercial Street scene. We would stay here again.

Nice and convenient neighborhood very near to commercial St. Great host. Interesting and creative interior. Plenty of space. The chairs and smaller bedroom mattress were very hard and uncomfortable. Cable tv offered only 2 channels. We purchased used dvds (remember dvds?) Other than that, we had fun and enjoyed the mid century kitchen set that was pretty great. Played cards at it!

Here for a wedding. Wanted dark, quiet lodging for astronomy in free time. Great location, easy drive to town but also lovely walk not more than a mile to most of what we did. House was lovely, charming, comfortable, cute and clean. Loved staying here- very attentive host. Will come again!!

Undeniably LOVELY!!! Everything about our stay - from the host to the apartment itself to the location - sincerely couldn’t have felt more spoiled nor been happier! We rented bikes so the to/from into town was a breeze - probably a 2 minute ride (and maybe a 15 minute walk…even at a slow pace) - was in an absolutely perfect location…and it’s so quiet and peaceful. We had absolutely everything we needed. And to top it off, the A/C was marvelous even on the hottest of days - the natural light was such a beautiful addition to this already colorful and artsy space. Cheryl was AWESOME! She was easy to reach and had great recommendations and knowledge of the area, and was an absolute delight to chat with. Without question we would love to stay here again…in fact, we’re planning on it. A solid 5-Stars PLUS! Thank you Cheryl!!!

The location is fantastic in a quiet corner of Ptown, but walkable to Commerical St. Cheryl was a wonderful host who checked in and communicated well. The apartment is super cute, great AC, everything we needed for a couple and our child.

Had an excellent time at this beautiful home. Decor is even more impressive in person. The walk into town isn’t bad, but with a bike it would be super quick. Great experience overall!

Our check in was very easy and effortless. The home is uniquely decorated and added to the ascetic of the comfortable feel. We were minutes from the center of town and spent most of our time at the wonderful shows and restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway...look no further then this property. Our host Cheryl was accessible and responsive.

This property offered the comforts of home. Fireplace& firewood, balconies, deep tub, walk-in shower and interesting decor. Basically, this property was mindfully setup . For example, when you step out of the shower and dry off , there’s a towel rack in front of the heater so your towels are dry for the next use. Bed was comfy but the pillows were flat. Coffee maker was broken . Property owner stated there was an old drip coffee maker in a closet but there was no canned coffee. Luckily, we brought our own espresso maker but we had to go for coffee daily-not too much of a hassle, it’s a short drive! Very peaceful property. We saw turkeys and an owl. There was cable and Wi-Fi.

Our first impressions of this unique place was how spacious it felt inside. High ceilings, excellent lighting as well as an abundance of natural lighting with many windows and decks off various rooms. The real story of the place is the eclectic feel of all the art work and nautical themes that make it seem more like a person's home than a staged property. There is a sense of a true story to the place. The location to the "downtown area" of Provincetown was perfect allowing us to walk off our dinner with a short 15-20 min walk back, or an easy bike ride to the Portugese Bakery in the morning to get some delights.

My partner and I have stayed at Cheryl’s place three times already and it’s consistently ideal, in a shady spot with fans in every room keeping us cool on the hottest of days. The place is large and roomy and Cheryl is consistently a great and responsive host. Definitely recommend !

Lovely property in a quiet, central spot
The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s decorated top to bottom with interesting art, sailing ephemera, and nautical knick knacks that make it feel as if you’re in a friend’s house for the week.
High ceilings and ceiling fans kept the house cool all the time, and we never needed to use the AC. The house has quick access to town, Route 6, the National Seashore, and Shankpainter. At the same time, at night it’s pin-drop quiet.
Next time, we would bring bikes because it’s close enough to town to ride and avoid parking struggles downtown.
Great spot, and Cheryl was a welcoming, thoughtful host.

Lovely Spot
Cheryl was terrific to deal with. Great communication and easy to follow instructions. Her place was comfy and quiet. We didn’t mind the walk to town at all. Hope to come back sometime! :-)

Comfy as home!
This was a great rental. The two bedrooms are spacious, have lots of windows, and both have ceiling fans and bathrooms. The main areas are bright and airy with very high ceilings. The decor is quirky and unique, and has personality - not at all generic. Cheryl is available at all times, is a good communicator & was friendly & helpful. Would definitely rent here again!

Great place! Hidden gem!
Beautiful property within 7 minutes walking distance from Commercial Street. Both close enough and far enough away from the action. The rental is spacious, bright and clean! We will certainly be back.

The apartment is bright and spacious (the online photos don't do it justice). The morning sun fills the breakfast nook. The well equipped kitchen makes eating in super convenient. Easy parking. We loved the eclectic collection of art on the walls. It's a short walk to Commercial Street--we walked into town multiple times a day. The landlord lives downstairs and is helpful pointing visitors to local attractions. This is the perfect launch pad for exploring Provincetown and the nearby beaches such as Race Point, Herring Cove, High Head, Head of the Meadow, Longnook, and many others. I'm already recommending this apartment to my friends.

Unique spacious setting. Walking distance to conservation land for running, downtown for dining and a 5 minute ride to the beach. Brightly lit with soaring ceilings and skylights. Eclectic art and space. On site parking. Photos do not do it justice. Highly recommend.

This house is incredible and Cheryl has a fine attention to detail and beauty. We absolutely adore this house and our brief pleasant chats with Cheryl on our way to and from town! Will strongly recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay for the week. Property is exactly as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. A short walk or even shorter bike ride into town. Host was very communicative and made sure any issues we had were taken care of.

Always a great stay!
Cheryl’s place is super comfortable and spacious. And the double shower and jacuzzi tub are a great extra! She’s always a helpful, communicative host and available for questions. The location is ideal- close to town but just far enough that you feel like you’re staying in nature and is very quiet. We love that she composts too!

This was our second stay at Cheryl’s VRBO during Family Week. The place looks exactly as advertised. The owner, Cheryl is full of information about the going’s on in town. There was plenty of parking and we were just a five minute minute walk to Commercial Street. I can’t say enough about Cheryl and how accommodating she was during our stay at her place. I highly recommend if you want to be close to town, but don’t want to pay for downtown accommodation.
We’ll be back next year!

The apartment is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to sleep to the sound of peepers and bull frogs with the bedroom slider open on the cooler nights. There are substantial ac units for the warmer nights too.
It's less than a ten minute walk to to galleries and restaurants on Commercial Street. If you're more in the mood for quiet outdoor activities there's a nice small pitch pine park that borders on Jimmy's Pond right next door, and the Old Colony Trail that goes through sand meadows, cedar marshes and older black oak forest just across the next street over.
Cheryl's friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay that much more relaxed. We'll definitely be back!

This was a terrific place;wellequipped,terrific artwork,great location,good parking,spacious with wonderful light.The owner is kind and communicative(yes,we locked ourselves out ) There is privacy as it backs up to a preserve.Thank you,Cheryl.
