Hotel Riu Bravo - 0'0 All Inclusive

Buffet sempre ricco e variegato. Staff disponibile. Diverse piscine e spazio molto grande che non dava l'impressione di calca nonostante l'hotel era pieno. Camere confortevoli. Abbiamo usufruito della palestra ben attrezzata anche se non grandissima. Molto apprezzato il bar e il pool bar aperto in piscina durante il giorno (con disponibilità di bevande classiche ma anche più particolari come iced coffee e iced chocolate) e la presenza di 3 ristoranti tutti inclusi (2 di questi su prenotazione che consiglio di fare prima possibile perché i posti finiscono in fretta in alta stagione)

Unica pecca ma da cercare il pelo nell'uovo è che non è sul mare ma sulla seconda fila di hotel ma in ogni caso la distanza è minima (1 min a piedi) e con tutto quello che viene offerto a differenza degli hotel che danno sul mare viene abbondantemente compensato.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception. Walking distance to a lovely beach, shops, restaurants and bars etc. About a 10min drive to the airport and also 20ish mins to Palma city/cathedral area. Great food at the all inclusive restaurant - breakfast lunch and dinner all very good with enough variety/changes for the week we did not get bored of it. All food cooked fresh and was hot, presented well, lots of healthy options and also options for vegetarians. Most of the entertainment in the hotel in the evening was good, one was particularly amazing (Maritza) and some singers unfortunately not so good. Hotel decor nice, all clean and tidy around the hotel. Not so big you get lost or too much walking to the rooms etc. Good value for money. There are spa treatments available although didn't have any. Indoor whirlpools - one was very cold but one was heated which was nice. Enough loungers by the pool. Beds were comfortable (we had a twin room). All bedrooms have a balcony although ours didn't have a great view of anything. Really enjoyed our stay. Would go again.

Only improvements to suggest would be that the outdoor pools were all very cold and not heated, and for late September/October when the indoor pool isn't open and the weather isn't as hot as the summer perhaps one could be heated outside as they were all too cold for us to go in. Also the floors in the room weren't the cleanest as dirt/dust would stick to bare feet, but other than that everything else was very clean. Also, if booking through booking.com please note that if you message the hotel through booking.com they don't actually receive it at that specific hotel - when we arrived and found this out they said we should have emailed them directly but nothing on booking.com suggested this. Note that the area near the beach is busy and some nearby hotels are loud that you can hear if outside/balcony door open.

Service and food were great

The bathroom in where we stayed has half splash guard. When we shower the water sprays until outside thats why we always dry it up.
