The cleanliness, the staff , overall experience

The area around was a bit crowded and not that nice

My partner and I stayed at the property for a long weekend from the 17th to the 21st of September. We had an early morning check-in that was delayed, so we didn't arrive until 2 AM. We were greeted by Andres, who was delightful, informative, and made check-in a breeze (thank you)—exactly what you need at 2 AM.The hotel was spotless, with modern decor and an impressive entry/reception area. There are two parts to the hotel that have very different looks and designs, both of which are fantastic.We were shown to our room and the aircon was on (a great touch). We were surprised by the space of not just the room, but the balcony as well (we did get a Junior suite, so I can't comment on the standard double rooms). The rooms had a very modern, premium design and the beds were super comfortable. Make sure you request a double bed, as, like in most Spanish hotels, they provide two single beds pushed together (maybe the only thing I would like to see changed, as we booked a double room). The bathroom was spacious and had a massive walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and cleaning amenities.As mentioned, the balcony was massive and wide, providing plenty of space to relax and take in the sun. We had a poolside view.Breakfast was impressive, with lots of choice and plenty of space. The food was of high quality, the coffee was a 7/10, and they also served Cava. We also got to sample breakfast in the other part of the hotel (our breakfast area covered the Park section; I think the other breakfast area was for the Tower). The Tower area even had oysters!A top tip is to check out the rooftop bar to watch the sunset—it is amazing and the views are spectacular. Make sure you get there a bit before sunset, as the best seats will be taken. You also get a welcome drink in the Tower for checking in.The pools were clean and featured a DJ playing relaxed house/dance music. There is a QR code to scan to order drinks, and you are never waiting too long for them to arrive.

The are is like a mini Germany, it is a german hub, not a massive issue it was fun to see everyone enjoying themselves but just take note as it is a bit rowdy (not violent, just load.....and cright lol). Didnt get a double bed.

Staff were fantastic, pool was amazing, rooms was exceptional.

Only the cost of food

The hotel it self was nice, clean, and we got upgraded to a suit by Rosana who was lovely and very helpful and kind to us on our stay. She helped to make the end of our stay enjoyable. All the staff in the suit and spa hotel area were very nice, Adrain who worked as a waiter in the pool area on the spa and suit side was lovely and very polite.

I tried to organise a surprise for my partner for his birthday, I spoke to different staff members prior to our arrival and this never got organised which was a shame. We also had a bottle of wine which we had at dinner at the hotel which we took with us as we had not finished it yet, we asked staff if we could take this to the roof top bar and they said yes. When we arrived at the rooftop bar a member of staff named Salome was incredible rude and told us to get out! We purchased this bottle of wine in the tower building, the same building the rooftop bar is in. We then left and went to the bar on the ground floor of the same building and asked the bar man if we are allowed to take drinks up there, he then rang someone to check and told us we could. This ruined are evening and was a real shame. There was a very noticeable difference in the staff from the suite and spa hotel to the tower hotel, quite a few negative interactions with the tower hotel staff being very rude, this definitely had an effect on our holiday, the hotel itself was nice just let down by the people in it.
