We absolutely loved our stay here. The bed is so comfortable! I haven’t slept so good in a very long time. The unit had everything we needed! Everything we as perfectly cleaned! They were very responsive to every question we had. Recommend some very nice restaurants and ice cream shops! We can not wait for our next stay here! 10 stars!! Amazing place!!! Thanks y'all, wish more VRBOs would take pride in their units like yall!!!!!!

Just want to say this was a really nice place

We had to get out of our home quickly because of damage from a tree, and this cozy apartment came to the rescue. The hosts were very accommodating and we felt at home while there. It was a comfortable “home base” that allowed us to continue to live our daily lives. The quiet location was a nice diversion from the stress happening in our life. It would make a wonderful couples get away too. It was just what we needed.

We stayed for a long weekend in this apartment. The property is as pictured and very attractive. The furniture is very comfortable, the space is very clean, and kitchen is huge. This garden level apartment has plenty of light and a lovely entrance. The owner is very responsive. It is situated about 4 miles from downtown St. Charles and very near a terrific park district with disc golf and walking paths.

Susanna and her husband were the perfect host making sure we were happy with the place and to make sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again. I would also recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay.

The owners were very welcoming and the home was crisp, clean and beautifully maintained. We were surprised by an invitation to join the owners for a drink. We will definitely use the property again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful, clean, and even better stocked than the photos. For one, now there are a nice work desk and chair for quick work by the entrance. Washer and dryers are brand new. We got to meet Marlon and Susanna briefly and it was a total pleasure as well. Hope to come back to enjoy the idyllic town and relax.

A very special Christmas
I have been traveling to the Chicago area every month for the past 10 months. Prior to this visit, I was staying in hotels. For Christmas, I decided that I wanted to stay in a "home". My son and I had the most wonderful time in this cozy get away. Susanna was so helpful with giving us ideas of places to go and things to see. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to celebate our special Christmas in St. Charles.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Super clean, wonderful accommodations. Pictures in Vrbo were true and accurate. Susana and Marlon were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

St. Charles perfect get away
We have a great experience during our 2 day weekend get away. Susan was a great host. We appreciated all the little details and added touches to make us feel welcomed & at home. Place was modern and prestige. Will definitely stay again when in area.

Perfect garden level retreat in Saint Charles
This one-bedroom apartment had every possible need covered. Easy check-in and easy to find for starters. The host, Susanna, has every possible need anticipated, including the widest array of complimentary snacks and drinks I’ve come across. The unit is quiet, and situated in a peaceful setting and neighborhood of widely separated homes. Susanna responded to all communications within minutes. I’ll be staying there again for my next visit to the Geneva/St. Charles area.

Terrible bed and super rude hosts
The bed was so sunken in and we did not even stay there. they would not even refund a portion of our money. They were also super rude about it and told us we were lying about the bed, which is a pretty subjective thing to be called a liar for. It is in the basement of the house and has a weird feel.

Our stay was the best in the US so far, Susanna and her husband was a really helpful and courteous Hosts.
Every wish we had was fulfilled. The flat has everything imaginable to live, incl. a startup for every need. The surrounding is really neat and super quiet.
If we would plan a trip to St. Charle again, we would definitely come back.
Unser Aufenthalt war der Beste den wir biser in den USA hatten. Susanna und ihr Eheman waren wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man sich vorstellen kann inkl. einer Grundausstattung für alles Bedürfnisse.
Die Gegend ist super nett und sehr ruhig. Sollten wir noch einmal einen Aufenthalt in St. Charles planen, würde wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Beautiful apartment
Clean as a pin. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable king size bed. Only negative are the steps going down to the door. Very steep and shaky handrail. We stayed here 4 nights and would certainly do it again.

The hosts are fantastically cooperative . The apartment is spotless and well appointed with everything you might need. Although in the country, the place is convenient to the Fox Valley cities and the many activities and shopping available. You get the feeling of the deep woods and then ten minutes away you'll find every modern convenience you might want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
