The view was wonderful and the cleanness of the place .

The party noise at night from other room was very irritating

THE KITCHEN HAD COCKROACHES

The place is an exceptional bachelor style apartment, where you can have quiet and peaceful self reflection and meditation if on vacation and the facilities are also great, beautiful scenery and great value for money. Overall it was a great stay, look forward to staying there again if possible.

The aircon needs a bit of work, was a bit underpowered and dusty expecially for people with allergies.

Seeing boats just on my door step very nice Easy access to where ever you want to go

The view of the Harbor and watching all the ships coming in and going out We arrived early as we had an early flight, and they accommodated us by letting us put our luggage in the room so that we could walk around ushaka marine and as soon as the room was ready they gave us a call and let is check in very early

Security Guard is a little hostile.

Well it was just an apartment, There were no staff besides the security guard but overall it was amazing

The location was great.

The place has a lot of cockroaches. The least the owner can do is to fumigate the place. The bedroom door lock was not working. I think the place is neglected and the owner is not taking his/her customers seriously.
