We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for two people. Can’t be the location to the beach and town. Loved sitting out on the veranda. Great view of the beach.Owner provides chairs and beach stuff which is nice if you don’t want to bring your own. It would be great to add either emailed information or a binder on site with restaurant suggestions for breakfast and dinner. First night we had no idea where to go or what to do and that would have been helpful. We figured it out and had great meals but that is just a suggestion.

The condo was really nicely laid out. I could see coming with children also and feeling comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and activities is great also. But the best part and the reason to come is the beach access and view. It was beautiful, calming and really just the perfect way to spend the weekend. It was also nice because this was not a crowded part of the beach even though areas further up or down the beach were much more congested. I really enjoyed our weekend and would happily go again and stay here again.

The condo was in a great location and walkable to everything we wanted to do, Beach was beautiful. Condo was advertised to sleep 6. It had a full bed, two bunks in entrance and pull out couch. We only had 3 and felt extremely cramped. No place to put luggage except floor at night ( would have to climb over if need the bathroom as only 2 ft of space on the floor as room soo small) and on bed during the day. Bunks to narrow for our 20 year old daughter so she slept on couch. Bathroom too tiny for 3 let alone 6. Property was clean. Beach chairs all broken or in terrible shape. Screen door off track and leaning against build. We did message owner and they offered to come fix that day which was nice. Overall the location was perfect but condo NOT big enough to fit more than 2 or 3 people comfortably

It was a perfect spot for the weekend! We had a wedding in Bluffton and wanted a spot on the beach. It was clean, easy to get to and had everything you would need for a short weekend away.

Our stay in Seaside 329 was great! Everything was perfect. We had a great ocean view. We had extra towels and toilet paper! Kitchen was well stocked. Location was spot on. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Terrific location - condo right on the beach as promised

Check in process was easy. Host mailed me a key fob instead of having to enter the code at the gate

Negatives:
The condo itself needs a deep clean and some maintenance.
Fan in the bedroom full of dust.
Bath tub was nasty. Mold and mildew on the shower door.
Need to clean the wood shelf behind the bed
Blinds were broken - no privacy
Regular coffee pot is broken. It turns on but does not brew coffee
Couch is very uncomfortable and has seen better days
Green carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced
What a great condo but someone needs to show they care about this location.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The balcony gave us the perfect view so we could watch and listen to the waves. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was provided.

Beautiful view!
The view was one of the best on the property that isn’t directly facing the water. Best bet is to use the stairs - the property is older and the elevator is a little slow. Unit is fully furnished and the ac is good and cold - including in the bedroom! The owners are GREAT at responding! Location was convenient to all attractions. The beach guards are also a great plus - definitely kept everyone safe with lookouts on marine life and weather! Great unit!!

Beach view
Really nice place to stay in Hilton Head, about 10 minutes or less of a walk to all the shops and local restaurants. Easy bike rental place right down the street. Right in front of the beach with a great view. Everything you need for the beach is available. There is camping foldable chairs to use on the beach.
Parking is a little bit stressful when you come back at night so we tried to go to dinner in walking distance to make sure we had a place to park our car.

The chairs were not beach chairs they were camping chairs and beach umbrella was small. Also no beach towels that’s is stated.
Might also need extra TP.
All in all it’s a nice place but our recommendation would be for 2 people or family with small children other beds are bunk in the hall or pullout.

Bedroom is very tight but gets job done . The health club was closed when we tried to go because of Covid . Closed over a year now . Bike paths are everywhere and shops and restaurants are near . Beach is close and beautiful ! Enjoyed our stay and time !

It could use some maintenance and a thorough cleaning. It did however, meet our needs. It has pretty much everything you will need. Although we went out and bought a couple wine glasses, as there were none. I really appreciate the former guest who left the beach umbrella. It was a life saver. The location is awesome. Short walk to Coligny Square. The Tiki Hut is fun, just a short walk (five minutes) down the beach. We ran both the ceiling fan and the wall fan in the bedroom at night and that kept it fairly cool. It was very nice to have the beach accessories (cooler, chairs, umbrella, shovel, boogie boards and more. ) This is great set up for a couple. Over-all we had a great stay. We would stay here again.

I was VERY excited to stay here after reading all the wonderful reviews on how clean it was especially because were still in a pandemic. When we arrived, I immediately noticed many places that had not been cleaned very well if even touched at all. I have a 12 month old who was gonna crawl all over the floor and I couldn’t let her crawl on that. I immediately contacted the owner who then told me to send all of this to his daughter cause she was down there. He didn’t seem like he really cared what I had to say so that was already annoying to me!! Then the daughter said someone would come clean it the next day for us. I didn’t have time for that....I couldn’t keep my kid off the ground that long. And the next day was her birthday, I didn’t want to have to get all of our stuff out again and have to wait. It should have been done right the first time!!! I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning it myself! Under the couch was disgusting, the room had many spots that weren’t clean, and the floor barely looked swept. I read in reviews it was a newer couch but it was awful to sit on and didn’t smell well so we put a sheet on it. The best part about this place was the location and being close to the beach and shops. They need new cleaners!!!b

Our stay was very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience to shopping at Coligny Plaza. The beach views were fantastic, and we look forward to coming back again.

Our only critiques: Fan in bedroom super noisy. Mattress on pull out couch very worn. For a beach front place, we felt beach supplies were lacking ( since we flew there). The chairs there not great for beach, no beach blanket or umbrella. We bought an umbrella and left it for others, as well as some noodles to float in the gorgeous ocean on! Also, saw many units who had bikes there for use with property, it would be a great add for them!! Location with teenagers was prime with walking to Coligny plaza!

The condo was in a great location. Very close to the beach and pool. The condo is on the smaller side. It was great for my young children. Would be a little tight for an adult trip. I would recommend bringing pots and pans if you plan on cooking a lot. The condo is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. My family didn't have any complaints. We would visit again.

My husband and I came here for a week and really enjoyed the area of this condo!
It was really clean as well! The on-site laundry machines were nice to have too!!
Super close walk to the beach and shopping!
Definitely check out the tiki hut just a five minute walk down the beach.
Ken and Denise were very friendly and were super attentive when we had any questions!
