Il Surf Court 16 si trova in un complesso orientato verso l'oceano ed è situato nella parte anteriore dell'edificio più vicino all'oceano. Il condominio al primo piano di Forest Beach può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Ospita persone che evitano le scale. King in the master, due doppie nella camera da letto 2, divano letto nel soggiorno, 2 bagni di dimensioni standard. I vacanzieri in cerca di una facile passeggiata in spiaggia e il parcheggio proprio di fronte al condominio apprezzeranno Surf Court. Il cursore del soggiorno si apre su un patio esterno che conduce all'ampia piscina. Il Surf Court si trova a 3 isolati da Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza ha diversi negozi, ristoranti e attività che gli ospiti possono godere. Tutti i comfort di casa sono presenti in Surf Court 16, una cucina completa, lavatrice e asciugatrice oltre a connessione internet wireless e una bella entrata al piano terra.

Great location near the beach and Coligny. The place was stocked with many kitchen items and beach activities. Bathrooms were great!

Property's general condition was a 2 out of 5 because while the entry/kitchen/living area had new flooring and was in good condition the bathrooms and master bedroom were very dated. Shower/bath faucets were loose, shower curtains were dirty. Property cleanliness got a 2 because of the following reasons: Ceiling fans and vents very dirty, needs a deep clean. Shower curtains and living room curtains were dirty. The master bedroom had newspaper stuffed in the track of the window. The living room sliding glass door screen kept falling off the track. Property Management company got a 4 star not 5 because the night before we arrived, some members of our party received an email that pool was closed for the season (Oct). Not all renters received notice and especially not during the booking process. The pool was clean enough to swim and still had filter running so not sure what this was all about. On a positive note, the kitchen is well appointed with accessories if you like to cook or entertain. Good water pressure in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room is a good set-up for being together and tv viewing. The location is nice - not right in the middle of things - but good for biking or walking to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Beach chairs/umbrella rental available. Bike rentals available for delivery and pick up at the unit. Nice ground floor unit, no stairs. Nice courtyard and pool area.
