Surf Court 7 - Forest Beach Townhouse
Surf Court è un complesso oceano-oriented con appartamenti al primo piano, a due piani e tre piani case. Surf Court 7 è una residenza a due piani, un volo sopra il livello della strada. Surf Court 7 è stato rinnovato nel 2011. La cucina e 2 1/2 bagni sono stati completamente rifatti. Re letto in camera da letto matrimoniale, due regine in camera da letto 2, soggiorno divano letto. Questa proprietà si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia in una direzione e dall'altra al campo da tennis di Van der Meer. Vacanzieri in cerca di un buon valore non mente una breve passeggiata da e per il mare e come il parcheggio davanti alla porta del loro condominio. Una scala a chiocciola dal balcone offre un facile accesso al cortile bellissimo paesaggio e grande piscina. Surf Court è a 3 isolati di Coligny Plaza e il Beach Park & Market. Questa caratteristica zona del centro offre una vasta selezione di ristoranti, negozi, e divertimenti per tutte le età.

The town home is very attractive. It’s location was very convenient to shopping, walking and the beach It was quiet. The property’s common areas are very well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. The dishwasher is full of rust and should be replaced.The sliding door to go out to the back porch/pool area is extremely hard to open. The stair carpet is very dirty. It would be nice to have screens on all windows so you could open them. The half bath’s fan was only working intermittently. The insides of the tank on the toilet of the double bedroom bath had to be put back together daily so it wouldn’t run non-stop.

Surf Court 7 was very clean. We had a comfortable stay in this unit. The unit could use a couple of new skillets, especially a large one. No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

I enjoyed staying at 7 surf court. It was clean, updated, and right across the street from the beach. I did have to go out and buy a sharp knife because there weren’t any but that was no big deal. I’d definitely book here again.
