Clean, good location.
The pool seems to be a public pool rather than hotel guests only facility. I saw a lot of people (clearly not hotel guests as they were even laughing about it) coming just to use the pool.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is perfection in every way. I loved it so much. The rooms are amazing, quiet, and so comfortable. The pool is 10/10. Reception - amazing. Food - amazing. Cannot fault this place! Thank you!!

The pool area and the location
The staff were not very helpful, in room phone didn’t work, had to call desk on personal phone, got hung up on. Ended up having to order room service by walking down to the front desk where they still got only half the order right.
