Location, staff, room, and shower room structure.
The location seems to be the best in Cairns.
Bed and shower booth are good.
The room smelled too musty, so I changed room. Although it was less than the initial room, it was still the same. And I had no choice but to buy a Linen Spray.
Towels are old....
It's not a problem with the breakfast menu, but the ingredients and taste are too poor.
The children say even the bacon tastes bad.

the cleanliness, the decor and colours, the staff were kind and everything is easily accessible.
the shower did leak under the glass door and window, there was no ventilation in the shower so lots of steam and no microwave which would be very useful. I stayed for one night but I feel the price I paid isn’t worth it as much especially 300 for one night. other than that it was really great.

location beautiful.
Breakfast was ok...bacon was over cooked/dry
was unable to leave the curtains opened due to the room facing the opposite building - had a clear view into the room(s) in the opposite building - the room had half view of building and very little of the city -
