Stunning location, superb views from the 12th floor apartment, lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner, harbour in walking distance.
The apartment is a bit run down and fit for a step-by-step refurbishment. Several lamps in the living room and thr main terrace plus one bed lamp did not work.

The room space for families and views
Maybe a bath or hot spa..

Cairns Aquarius was right on Esplanade, water front, lots of restaurants, night market for good souvenirs.

The location was terrific
The furniture on the room did not meet our expectation for the cost of the appartment, this is based on:
Leather couch is cracked, and has a hole on one of the seats due to age, this results in needing a towel to sit on the couch.
The two single beds are of very poor quality, the springs make a terrible sound when moving in the bed.
The TV in the main lounge is a low quality and is very slow to use.
